Deadline for applications has passed.
If you submitted an application, we’ll email to let you know we’ve received it and confirm if you’ve been shortlisted.
We’re hiring a new Content strategist to join our growing, remote UK based team. We want to make the process as inclusive as possible, so here’s how we’re going to do it.
As a member of the team, you’ll work on:
- leading client projects across a range of sectors with the CDL team,
- developing and running CDL’s training courses,
- internal projects like our Content Design Club,
- raising CDL’s profile with relevant industry talks and conference appearances.
Pay and holiday
- Salary: £55,000 - £70,000.
- Annual training budget: £800
- Holiday: 28 days, as well as bank holidays, Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.
I’ve never understood people who didn’t show a salary. How will you know if you can afford to work for them? The salary for this role is based on your experience, and that’s it.
UK based remote working with some on-site work when necessary. Some travel may be involved.
How to apply
We don’t care what your previous job titles were. We care about what you can do. So we’d like you to submit a skills-based CV and short covering letter explaining what you’d bring to the role.
Why a skills-based CV
The problem with traditional CVs is they tell us a lot about the job titles you’ve had but very little about your skills. We want the best people working here - that’s what’s important to us.
We’ll remove any personal information before it’s shared with the hiring team. This reduces the chances of bias. I don’t think we have any at CDL but that’s the thing with unconscious bias. It’s unconscious.
Deadline for applications
Applications will close on Sunday, 26 September 2021, at 11.59 pm. Send your covering letter and skills-based CV to email@example.com. Any applications received after this date will not be considered.
