Governance is the set of roles, responsibilities and checkpoints behind how your content is delivered. When it works, teams deliver content that is usable, useful, safe, consistent and scalable. When it doesn't, users get content that doesn’t meet their needs, because the people, processes and tools behind it aren't aligned.

In this half-day workshop, we work with you to map the end-to-end process for a specific content type (such as, guidance, product information or service updates).

Together, we’ll capture:

• every step, handoff and approval
• where delays, rework and duplication happen
• who is accountable at each stage
• where time and money are spent
• what success looks like. 

Teams often describe this workshop as an “a-ha” moment, when they see, often for the first time, the complexity, cost and effort behind getting content live. 

At the end of the workshop, you'll leave with:

• a full picture of how your content is really produced 
• clear ways to work more efficiently and reduce costs 
• defined ownership of who should own what, and be involved at each step
• an honest view of which tools are adding value and which are adding unnecessary steps 
• specific opportunities to improve consistency, efficiency and quality
• a prioritised starting point of what to fix and where to begin. 

The half-day workshop costs £1,875 + VAT. 

After the workshop, if you need support to make changes, we offer:

• 2-week check-in (free): a 30-minute call to reflect and ask questions
• 6-week check-in (£950 + VAT): review progress and unblock issues
• Light support (£1,800 + VAT): feedback on updated workflows before rollout
• 3-month retainer (from £3,500 + VAT): ongoing support to implement changes
• Full support (custom): embedded content strategist.
