The course

Over 14 weeks you will be working on content discovery, production and future planning for a charity.

The academy combines the learning of our content design courses with the practical work of our content sprints. All our techniques are based on projects we have worked on in government, for charities and in the private sector over the past 10 years.

This is a hands-on course where you’ll be producing content for a prototype. We will take you through all the aspects of a content project:

  1. understanding your audience
  2. writing targeted content
  3. measuring success
  4. looking at the bigger picture (content strategy)
